[Soafstaff] COLLECTION OF THIRD YEAR AND MASTERS ANSWER SHEETS FOR MARKING

Dear second semester instructors, 

I am pleased to inform you that the examination is progressing well. 

I encourage you to collect the answer sheets/booklets for marking at
your earliest convenience, starting today (12th July 2024)  (for
third-year and master's courses). For first and second-year courses, the
scripts will be available at Kunduchi from Monday for those courses that
have already been completed. 

Please note that marking will commence on the 22nd of July and will
extend for approximately 2 weeks.  

MARKING
Begins: - Monday 22 July 2024
Ends:   -  Friday 02 August 2024 

Therefore, collecting the answer sheets as soon as possible (even before
22nd July) will help ensure a smooth and timely marking process. 

UPLOADING OF RESULTS (for SoAF)
Begins:  - Monday 05 August 2024

Ends:   -  Tuesday 06 August 2024 

Kindly do not upload your UE results into the ARIS 3 before 5th August,
as the students will have access to results if uploaded before Monday 05
August 2024.
