[Soafstaff] USE OF UDSM EMAIL ACCCOUNT IN ARIS3

Dear Academic staff, 

As a part of security measures, we request all staff to use their
institution  email addresses in the ARIS3 system. From now onwards the
system will demand the use of institution email for verification and
therefore anyone not using an email account ending with @udsm.ac.tz will
not be able to access the system.
