[Ete-staffs] IEE Report for the 2023/24 Academic Year

Dear colleagues, 

Attached please find a report from our Independent External Examiner for
the 2023/24 academic year. As we proceed to the 2024/25 Semester I UEs
(and future examinations as well), instructors are kindly requested to
consider IIE recommendations and comments, and address them accordingly.
Also, let us note comments from individual courses, including higher
failure rates and quality of questions.
